A Fast-Track for French Speakers
The Francophone Mobility (Mobilité Francophone) program is an LMIA-exempt pathway that aims to increase the number of French-speaking newcomers settling in communities outside of Quebec.

Who is Eligible?
To qualify for this work permit, you must:
- Be destined to work in a province or territory outside of Quebec.
- Have an offer of employment for a high-skilled job (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3).
- Possess intermediate or advanced French language skills (equivalent to NCLC 5 or higher).
- Note: The daily language used at work does not strictly have to be French, but the candidate must prove their proficiency in the language.
